We cannot thank you enough!
The movers were fantastic! The team came on time while we were still not completely packed, but completely stressed out, and they just took over our packing in such an expert way that we just stepped back and let them do it. They were so pleasant and were cracking funny jokes what put us at such ease that the initial horror of moving suddenly changed into a lot of fun! The move was difficult because we were on 5th floor walk up and it seamed almost impossible to bring down everything in one day, but the team was so incredibly organized and assembled a relay on consecutive floors, so in a little over an hour everything was packed into the truck. We were in an awe. As we were getting into the cab to go to the other location unknowingly we have left some stuff behind on a curb. Our movers spotted it and brought it for us. At the other location they helped us to organize the furniture and boxes in such a way that the unpacking was easy. We were quite anxious about the move but our movers were so professional and expert, so organized and detail oriented that we just stood to the side and let them handle everything. Nothing got broken, nothing got lost, even though we had so many fragile and delicate things. It was truly a Divine Moving. Thanks!!!

Thank you so much for all you did to extract my daughter Claire from Brooklyn and deliver her once again to Manhattan.  I'm sorry I didn't write earlier but I came home in what seemed like a hurricane and with my continuing ailment.  But today is a much better day and I wanted you to know how truly grateful we are for your amazing work and service.  The four men who handled the move were great in every respect.  And you, David, were the essence of customer service because with all the changes of date/time,  you never said "no" or were negative in any way.   Dana also provided valuable information and coaching, and together you made the Divine way the best way possible for a move.

Thanks to everyone on your team who helped us during a time of extreme stress and anxiety (plus illness).  If you ever need a reference from me, I'll be glad to help you.

Dear David,

I have moved with Divine Moving 3 times in the past 4 years.  Every single time, I have been incredibly impressed with the company's work.  Your crews work fast, yet are always careful.  All 3 times, the moves were completed much more quickly than I anticipated.

In one of those 3 moves, one of your crew member got stuck in an elevator for 2 hours, and the 2 remaining members of the team worked even harder trying to "stick to the schedule" despite my reassurance that they don't have to do that.

The latest move, the one completed this month, is the one that impressed me the most.  Your team of Brian, Tristan, and Andre were led by Koby.  This move was somewhat of a complicated move, involving 2 different destinations - yet everything was handled perfectly and efficiently as usual (All with a smile on their faces, too!).  Once again I was so impressed with how fast everything was done.  This was the second time I had a chance to work with a team being led by Koby and once again, he impressed me with his professionalism and courtesy.

Once again, thank you very much for Divine's excellent work.  As much as I hate moving, I at least have the assurance of knowing that I know who to call.

fast, painless and successful. Moving is a stressful time,

particularly for me as I had really never moved until last week. Your

team made it stress-free. They arrived on time. They were

professional. They were polite. They worked quickly. They were

patient. At no point did they pressure me or make me feel

uncomfortable. They had all the right supplies and, honestly, made

the work look easy. They even helped me pack up a closet full of

things I had originally thought were too fragile or oddly-shaped to be

moved with the rest of my things.

And, to top it all off, yours was the most economical quote I

received. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I can't say I'm looking forward to moving again any time soon. But

when I do, I look forward to working with you again.

This guys rock!. We had Bruno and his crew. They showed on time, they call us one hour in advance to let us know when they were coming, started working inmediately and they were fast, professional and always with a smile...
